3 IS A SHOW – ISSUE #11 – 04.04.2011

Monday, April 4th, 2011

Since the guys do their show only two times a month, it comes hard for them to bring you all the good music they get every day. On the other side, this schedule allows to concentrate only on the very best tunes around, and this is the point. This week is a good example: after the last break, 3 is A Crowd are back with an hour of stunning news on different regions of the dance map. So, the first half of the podcast sees banging tracks, Burns above all, but also Egyptrixx, Berou and Canblaster, So Shifty.
Then the House side of the show has got its own light: Fare Soldi, Richard Richard, Mentalinstrum are the ones to mention but the UK Funky moment with Photek and Falty DL is a peak here.
A final note for new Chemical Brothers soundtrack album and for our guys Ambiotika who made a magnificent work on Black Sabbath’s “Planet Caravan”.

3 IS A SHOW LIVE ISSUE @ ROCKET

Monday, March 21st, 2011

Latest 3 Is A Show

This week we post another special issue of the podcast: a live dj set from Rocket club in Milan from last week gig. It’s the first hour of a 2 and half set so it starts smooth and only goes harder in the last part. Somewhere between warm-up and peak time…
Have fun!

3 IS A SHOW – ISSUE #10 VINYL EDITION!

Monday, March 14th, 2011

Special edition! Vinyl edition!
This week the guys played a trick, celebrating vinyl and vinyl only with an unique issue of the show. Instead of diggin’ in the newest stuff on the scene as usual, they picked up a bunch of records from their collection, which expands in about 15-years of dance music, and mashed them into one hour mix for the podcast.
The result is so various and funny and back-in-the-days effect: here find place Pete Heller, Switch, Carl Craig, Slam, Blaze together with unknown little masterpieces as Homemade Jams, 24 Hour Experience, Wyndell Long and more.
Words are pointless, let’s groove on the old, dirty, fleshy vinyl sound! Come on vinylovers!!

SILICONE SOUL Who need to sleep tonight – ABE DUQUE remix
THIEFSCHWARZ Trick me
BLAZE My beat – JAN DRIVER remix
