DISCO CHAMPAGNE 01: THE OUTRUNNERS

Hi Friends of Disco Champagne. We’re AMBIOTIKA and we’re back after a long long summer on the seaside. We would open this new season with one of the most interesting crew in Europe: The Valerie Collective. A French group of djs in wich you can find artists like College, Anoraak, Minitel Rose or THE OUTRUNNERS. They support the release of their last project – running for love and money – with a mixtape that clearly expresses their 80′s mood.
The Outrunners brings you the original soundtrack of a future under fluorescent light. Enforcing their rules with analogic warfare and weird digital manipulations, the boys will take you where only the toughest and coolest can go!

Hi guys, we’re back after some silence. We’re AMBIOTIKA and if u don’t know this is our chic side. We have passed a beautiful year with the crew of ALE LE TEKNIVAL, and we want to leave you with the last Gran Riserva of the season. A special tribute to 80s and nu funk music, with a friendly “cameo” from our special friends LeBatman and Broke one.

DISCO CHAMPAGNE 24: THE C90s

Formed over a mutual appreciation of disco beats, handclaps, cowbells, and vocoders, Jamie Paterson and Danny Ashenden are THE C90s, two DJs who have rocked floors over the UK and Europe for the last two years. Based in London, the duo have been working hard, providing remixes for the likes of Cut Copy, Headman and Tronik Youth and Roisin Murphy. This is the second time that we post their mixtape and we’re sure you will enjoy it very much. A bucket of ice in your face.

DISCO CHAMPAGNE 23: VILLA

Sure, VILLA draw inspiration from the groundbreaking turntable eclecticism from such maverick disc jockeys as the legendary Alfredo, cosmic maestro Danielle Baldelli and the illustrious DJ Harvey but also credit their roots in Ghent as a driving creative force. The small community famously spawned dance floor heroes such as 2manydjs/Soulwax and The Glimmers, but also housed the notorious Boccaccio discotheque; birthplace of New Beat in the late 80′s. This is his june mix, a mixtape with the orginal taste of summer!!!!
